By downloading and using Spok3n, you agree to these terms. Spok3n is provided as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. We commit to on-device processing and will never introduce mandatory cloud components.

License

Spok3n grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your personal Macs. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the binaries beyond what is allowed by applicable law.

No warranty

Spok3n is provided "as is." We make no warranty about fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
